7. Objective of the job
Lean unit, working in a lean project together with
internal lean consultants. The lean/process consultant will:
Accompany employees in the change process
Use lean framework
Adapt lean framework if necessary
Coach employees and managers in the lean spirit Understand the business of
Build a relation based on trust with employees and managers
Detect problems and propose solutions
Propose actions to get the milestones of the lean project
Set the example in the lean spirit
Analyse facts and figures
Understand the system of IT (processes, tools, organisation, relations)
