LEAN PERFORMANCE PARTNER
The Mission
The Lean Performance Team has the mission to deliver a step-change in operational performance of areas and/or programs strategically critical to our client. This will be done through targeted lean efforts conducted in close partnership with the leaders of the Global Operations, Quality and R&D departments.
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities of the Lean Performance Partner (LPP) are primarily to enhance the
effectiveness and performance by:
Delivering interventions
Be co-responsible, with the local operating leader, for the success of the Lean Performance
Team intervention, building on her/his professional knowledge and proven experience in driving
lean effort (operating system and performance management infrastructure and mindsets, behaviors & capabilities)
Work on the shop-floor in joint team with select representatives of the business
Ensure that the foundations for sustainability of the impact and continuous improvement are in place
Proactively contributing to the step-up of the LPT
Coach and mentor internal Lean Performance Partner to help them accelerating their professional development in lean management methodology, leadership, and change agility.
Synthesize relevant knowledge developed on the ground in Lean Performance Team intervention to be used for knowledge sharing & capability building within the Lean Performance Team
Proactively suggest ideas on how to improve the sustainable impact of the Lean Performance
Team interventions, as well as the effectiveness of the Lean Performance Team
Education and Qualification
Qualifications / Experience
Extensive Lean transformation experience (Green Belt or Black Belt)
Fluent in French and English
Knowledge
Lean transformation
Green Belt or Black Belt (Certified)
Mindset & Skills
