Lean Consultant

I am currently recruiting for a Lean Consultant for a leading Bank. I have outlined the role details below.

Role: Lean Consultant
Rate: £400 - £550p/d
Location: Canary Wharf
Contract Length: Until December 2015 initially

Lean Consultant Role Specifications

Key Responsibilities for the Lean Consultant role:

*Support the creation of a Lean capability in the bank's Operations & Technology
*Provide Lean thinking and delivery expertise to help guide and direct Lean e2e value stream deployments
*Work with senior leaders to plan the expansion and build of Lean awareness and ability
*Work with Lean practitioners to develop and enhance Lean toolkits and methodologies

Experience for the Lean Consultant role:
*Lean deployment lead experience in a scale organisation
*Senior stakeholder management experience across operational areas
*Intelligent and flexible adaptation of methodologies to business areas

Skills for the Lean Consultant role:
*Lean technical expertise
*Coaching and training
*Consultancy and stakeholder management

Roles:

1.QA Lean deployments in flight, supporting deployment leads and working closely with Lean Academy
2.Tools, techniques and methodologies co-ordination
3.Setting up training and accreditation standards
