Lean Change Consultant - Trilingual (French/Dutch/English) - Brussels
As part of the investment banking organization in Brussels, Lean team supports transformation and continuous improvement projects.
The core objectives of these projects are:
Improve our external/internal customer service
Develop and deploy best practice managerial skills
Put in place a continuous improvement culture
Improve productivity & agility
To achieve this objective, we work to ensure that results are reached as much as possible through and with internal team experts.
As part of the Lean team, you will have responsibilities on:
Execute an organizational/operational improvement on a specific dimension/s, eg: Voice of the Customer, Process Efficiency, Performance Management, Mindsets and Behaviors, Organization and Skills.
Run problem solving sessions on specific dimension/s of expertise
Coach line managers on area of expertise during diagnose and design phases, also to coach on daily management skills during implementation.
Support the operational teams in the future design and in the improvements implementation
Be owner of transformation on a specific dimension/s, team/s, improvement/s
Own impact on a specific dimension/s, team/s, improvement/s
Your role is the foundation for other roles inside the Lean team, such Stream Leader with further responsibilities on:
Structure, plan and execute a team-wide improvement program covering the key business issues.
Define work plan for lean teams and ensure execution at the right quality level and on time
Support navigators on the ground to help them solve key issues
Coach navigators to ensure success of transformation and team development
