Lean Business Analyst (Financial Services, Bristol)

LEAN BUSINESS ANALYST (FINANCIAL SERVICES, BRISTOL)

We are seeking to recruit a Lean Business Analyst to work within a large financial services organisations for a period of 6 months initially. The successful Lean Business Analyst will have experience working hands-on in a lean environment, and will be comfortable working around Lean Process Analysis. The successful Lean Business Analyst will work closely with the IT/Architect team in order to gather requirements and write the specifications documents as required.

Lean Business Analyst Role Criteria:

- Experience working within a Lean process improvement environment
- Ability to identify, mitigate and escalating risks, issues and dependencies
- Strong internal & external stakeholder management skill
- Proven track record obtaining stakeholder buy-in
- Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision

The contract will operate for 6 months initially, and will be based in Bristol.
