My client is currently looking for an experienced, driven and ambitious Leadership Lead for an initial 6 month contract in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for any experienced learning and design professional with extensive financial services experience and a background in designing, developing and launching a first line manager Leadership and Development programme to join a world renowned nationwide financial organisation with a fantastic working environment and ethos. What we need from you:
1. Strong project management experience
2. Experience of wider HR Capabilities, not just Leadership - essential
3. Designed 1st line manager profile previously - essential
4. Experience of working/leading within a transformational programme.
5. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, able to work with in a highly ambiguous environment with the resilience and determination to deliver results.
6. Experience consulting to senior leaders in a large complicated and multi-layered Corporate environment.

The successful candidate will be required to pass credit checks.
