We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a large Utilities client in Warwick as a Leadership & Capability Development Manager.

Duties:
- Content Development and Delivery
- Manage suppliers to develop effective offerings and programmes that consider and incorporate innovative and flexible delivery methods where appropriate.
- Drive the message for experiential and relationship based learning through delivered courses and other learning interventions to provide details and ideas for opportunities for ongoing development in the workplace.
- Ensure the implementation of an integrated leadership qualities, and skills framework that endures across the enterprise and create a range of sustaining interventions, programmes and master-classes to support, particularly Leadership Development Framework and the priority capabilities
- Contract Management, Stakeholder Management and Process Excellence

Operational Responsibilities:
Support the Global Leadership & Capabilities Development Manager to:-
- Ensure that corporate initiatives in the areas of capability and leadership development are established and maintained.
- Ensure that the proper support for the learning environment is in place, including the oversight of facilities, equipment, instructors/consultants
- Ensure learning records administration (including monitoring course completions, attendance, assessments, and qualifications) processes are in place
- Deep subject expertise & thought leadership with regard to the design, development and delivery of curriculum via external training vendors.
- Identification and prioritisation of the capability development requirement
- The identification and development of the required curriculum
- The design of the modules established within the curriculum using a range of learning methodologies as appropriate to ensure the defined learning objectives are achieved
- The development of the roll out implementation plan and learning interventions through the Academy

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience specifically in a leadership/capability development related environment managing resources, tender processes and service delivery
- Strong experience in experience in Human Resources
- Ability to think and operate at both tactical and strategic levels
- Strong consultancy skills to bring together L&D expertise with Operational expertise to develop high quality and relevant products
- Ability to consult with, influence and establish a high level of confidence with various internal and external stakeholders
- Strong networking (internal and external) and collaboration skills
- Experience in developing and implementing leadership/capability development programmes and frameworks
- Strong Project and Time Management skills
- Knowledge and Experience of learning methods and understanding of industry best practices
