Leadership Assessment Specialist - 6 months - Warwick - Negotiable Daily Rate

A leading Energy and Utilities client of Hyphen is looking for a Leadership Assessment Specialist

Job Purpose:

Working for the Global Head of Leadership Development, create a global assessment strategy for our leadership population encompassing the areas of selection, promotion, development and talent identification. Work with both external assessment organisations as well as independently to create assessment solutions for every level of leadership that align with our core capabilities, skills and leadership qualities and behaviours.

Experience Required:

*Deep expertise and experience in leadership assessment frameworks, processes and tools ideally gained in another large organisation or possibly from an organisation which specialises in occupational psychology
*Extensive knowledge of, and experience in designing, implementing and maintaining assessment processes and tools
*Strategic thought leadership with the ability to turn that thinking into a clear vision and executable plan
*Comfortable operating at a strategic level but also able to execute effectively and at pace
*Ability to influence others - (up to and including Exec Committee level) - evidence of excellent relationship building ability across a wide variety of audiences and situations.
*Excellent networking and collaboration skills - able to use that network to facilitate benchmarking and best practice research.
*Experience of managing projects or programs of work.
*Demonstrate a sound level of commercial acumen to create assessment interventions that align to our strategic business requirements and that can be adapted according to the business context in which they are being deployed
*Some budgetary experience and proven ability to manage third party providers
