LEAD WINDOWS PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR - MAJOR IT CONSULTANCY - WARSAW, POLAND

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and talented Windows Administrator who possesses great knowledge of all Windows infrastructure components such as Active Directory, ESX; VMware, etc. to work in both a project and business-as-usual capacity with a number of the consultancy's clients, in and around the Warsaw area.

Our Client is a world leader in IT for this, we really do need someone with a deep knowledge of Windows Platforms and affiliated technologies as they will be responsible for:

Business-As-Usual Side:

- Firmware Patch Administration.
- Optimization of Server performance.
- Review the reports for the top alerts generated for the Active Directory and resolve those items that occur most frequently.
- Re-assignments of FSMO Roles.
- Monitor Overall replication process of Intra-Forest.
- Enhance the efficiency on monitored services.
- Validating the Active Directory database after compaction.
- Reduce the workload on a PDC emulator
- Project Side:

o Designing Forest and tree structure.
o Modification of Active Directory Schema.
o Planning and perform Test Migration on ADS.
o Design an administrative structure that meets the needs of an organization
o Design a network access infrastructure that supports Active Directory.

All of the above and more will make up the duties and work of the talented individual we are recruiting for, what we are looking for in a person is:

- SME Level Knowledge of Windows
- SME Level Knowledge of Citrix
- SME Level Knowledge of VMWare
- SME Level Knowledge of Active Directory.

Also, as this role will be facing clients and managing both internal and external teams, strong and personable communications are a must.
