Manage WebSphere Infrastructure
- Participate in projects as the LEAD WEBSPHERE ENGINEER
- Participate in change management process.
- Secure continuity of the WebSphere infrastructure.
- Implement changes via RFC's with regards to infrastructure.
- Implement changes via RFC's with regards to applications.
- Perform analyses of production-activities, using available means for monitoring and registration.
- Report disruptions on equipment, software and/or processen, as part of information systems in a proactive manner.
- Perform tuning work.
- Solve disruptions within agreed timeframes en communicate with other teams where required.
- Perform ITIL processes
- Take measures to control incident- en problem process.
- Execute acceptance testing, both new or changed components. '

"Working and thinking at a bachelor's level. Good knowledge of English and Dutch Knowledge of at least the following operating systems: AIX, Linux Specific knowledge of WebSphere Application Server en WebSphere Portal in versions 5.1, 6.0, 6.1 and 7
ITIL
Loadbalancing using WebSphere Edge Server.
Knowledge of LDAP
- Familiar with Web Security
- Database knowledge, preferably oracle and DB2
- knowledge of Java programming standards and methods
- good knowledge of Scripting with Python and Shell Scripting - knowledge of WebSphere MQ
- good knowledge of Internet technologies and concepts
- working knowledge of different project methods

At least four years demonstrable experience within a comparable function Demonstrable experience in project participation as WebSphere engineer ITIL usage and process support.
Experience within a complex maintenance organization, preferably in Finance industry
