Lead Web Tools Developer

The opportunity:

Lead Web Tools Developer- (PHP, MySQL, jQuery or equivalent, CSS, HTML) to work in a leading global media company inCentral London. Lead Web Tools Developer - (PHP, MySQL, jQuery or equivalent, CSS, HTML) the successful candidate will have the following:

Focus on delivering internal web based tools in order for a streamlined activity within the team that the successful candidate will be joining.

* Working closely with team members to design and architect tools solutions to meet requirements.
* Develop robust internal web tools that are easy to use at all levels including business users.
* Ability to work in sprints also plan and develop functionality that is to be rolled out on a regular basis.
* Work in conjunction with an assistant developer to ensure quality and timely delivery.
* Use user stories to build test cases and also system testing.
* Plan and manage deployment of tools right through to production.
* Ensure rollback plans are built and viable.
* Build a disaster recovery plan for applications including regular backup solutions.

Experience

* Tool building.
* Good understanding of QA and UAT testing.
* Incident Management within a Technology Organisation.
* Process Management experience.
* Experience within a media/digital/online service environment.
* Stakeholder Management across multiple sectors
