Lead Web/Online/Digital Business Analyst (S27) C

Our client is a highly innovative, government-funded organisation working to improve health outcomes.  They provide high quality digital and telephony services that offer advice and information to the Australian public. 

Operating since 2007, our client is in a high-growth phase, and is currently seeking a LEAD WEB/ONLINE/DIGITAL FOCUSED BUSINESS ANALYST to join their team on a number of new and exciting initiatives.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 5+ year's solid Business Analysis experience with demonstrable skills which include:
- Producing clear and concise and complete business and user requirements, statements and requirements traceability
- Strong documentation skills in user stories, use cases, process maps and relationship maps
- Proven ability to direct the work of other BAs on a daily basis
- Ability to work across multiple project streams and be responsible for business outcomes
- CMS, Search, Portal, Online Service delivery, SOA, web services exposure
- Highly-motivated self-starter with a proven ability to work autonomously in a high-paced and ambiguous environment
- Proven ability to be flexible and work in a sometimes unstructured environment
- Experience working with different methodologies with preference for Agile
- Understanding of new media opportunities and constraints
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
