UX Designer with experience in Omnigraffle is now required to join my client in Manchester

The Lead UX Architect will possess proven digital experience gained across a range of projects, which may include large site builds, mobile and/or tablet projects, or other digitally focused projects.
He or she will be responsible for all elements of the UX stream of any given project, running from strategic thinking through to wire-framing, making sure that the user experience is considered throughout the process up to full implementation and delivery.

Responsibilities
*The Lead UX Architect will work closely with internal and external resources, including marketing teams, developers, UI and product teams to champion user experience and ensure the timely and effective development of seamless and outstanding digital experiences.
*The Lead will be responsible for managing the UX outputs across the project, and ensure consistency of processes and deliverables
*Working with key stakeholders to interpret and help them realise their ambitions.
*Prototyping concepts using a variety of methods.
*Solve interaction design problems using analytical, usability testing and research.
*Examples of deliverables and day-to-day tasks will include user research, persona development, requirements gathering, strategic proposals, competitor analysis, user journeys/flows, creation of site maps, information architecture, wireframe creation, storyboarding, concepts, schematics and navigation models.
*Ensure all UX deliverables are completed on time and to the highest possible standard, whether you are working individually or as part of the larger product team.
*Be able to direct the outputs of a UI design function, being able to interpret client needs and translate them into clear deliverables for visual designers.

Knowledge and experience
*An excellent understanding of user experience best practices and the ability to implement solutions based on needs of our customer and their users.
*Highly skilled at Omnigraffle (or equivalent) and a high level user of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
*A familiarity and appreciation of the strengths and weaknesses of web standards including HTML and Content Management Systems.
*Keep up-to-date with the latest developments, techniques and styles in web design and user experience.
*Someone who is obsessed about details.
*You should have superb communication skills both written and verbal, and be comfortable presenting your ideas to internal technical terms through to senior client stakeholders.
*The ability to manage your own time productively to ensure the completion of tasks and a sense of urgency to be able to deliver quality work under the pressure of deadlines.
*The ability to correctly judge priorities across several projects and varied levels of activity.
*Work collaboratively with the rest of the product teams and actively contribute to inspiring, delivering and generating ideas, and build upon the ideas of others.
*Establish and maintain collaborative relationships.
