We are seeking an experienced Training Manager, Training Lead or Consultant Trainer, experienced in regulated environments, both designing training, delivering training and evaluating training. You should have experience of the whole training cycle, including training needs analysis -TNA, training delivery. The role is a senior role and will include managing training across multiple programmes, managing design and overseeing the development of core training materials -PowerPoint presentations, role plays, storyboarding and scenarios for demonstrations, design of material for a range of audiences as identified in the Training Needs Analysis. It is essential that you have previous experience of managing training to a large volume of employees.
