Good 'A' Levels Essential
IT graduate Desirable
Testing Certification (eg ISEB) Desirable
Mercury CPC or equivalent (for Technical SC roles) Essential
PM/TM/Methodologies (eg Prince 2 Foundation) Desirable
Attributes
An achiever; Innovative and imaginative, professionally assertive, flexible and versatile Essential
Confident, engaging and responsive Desirable
Leads by example, instils confidence and empowers those around them Desirable
Previous experience
A minimum of 2.5 - 3 years working with Clients within a test environment
Have experience in Scripting, system architecture/infrastructure, implementation of projects and leading people
1-2 years team lead experience
