HIBERNIAEVROS TECHNOLOGY GROUP are now seeking a LEAD TELECOMS TEST ENGINEER join our successful Professional Services Team on a CONTRACT basis. This contract will be based on customer locations through-out DUBLIN and also on site at our offices in Cherrywood.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define, create and manage test approach, exit and entry criteria, test plans and scenarios
- Coordinate, schedule and manage business acceptance test resources from pool of virtual business testers
- Coordinate execution of test phases for projects
- Identify data requirements to support test case execution and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure those are delivered in accordance with plans
- Identify environments/tools/user requirements to support test execution and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure these are delivered in accordance with plans
- Execute tests as planned against the defined test approach and test plan
- Track and report agreed technical defects & customer experience issues back to the project team and key vendors
- Maintain test schedules and timelines
- Report progress against agreed schedules and open issues
TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE
TWO OR MORE OF THE BELOW ARE REQUIRED:
- Experience (5 years) of test analysis in a telecoms environment
- Project experience or knowledge beneficial
- Proven skills in test planning and estimating
- Expert knowledge of test planning, methodologies and test data management
- Thorough and practical understanding of testing phases/types of testing and tools/software development life cycle
- Experience in leading systems integration testing across multiple vendors
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a strong focus on delivery with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good team building, management and motivation skills
