Lead Telecom Channel Operations Analyst

JWA is screening candidates in search of a Lead Telecom Channel Operations Analyst for an exciting 12 month extendable contract. For this project, some remote working will be an option and substantial travel to the USA is a pre-requisite.

You will identify multichannel for sales excellence; firstly though driving efficiency in all channels (f2f, inside, third party channel partners) and secondly through improving the effectiveness of sales investments and interactions with customers.

You will define and transform how and to whom the client sell their products and services, the channels they will use and the Back Office operational support they will receive.

Responsibilities will include the optimising of return of sales investments and the identification and capture of pockets of granular growth .

Furthermore you will be required to align sales channels, assisting the client with effective selling strategies from key account management to digital sales and indirect channel partners. These strategies will be based on assessments of channel performance and economics as well as customer preferences.
