-Responsible Design & Development Manager/Technical Platform for AutoBank initiative
-Design of a technical solution (Java, Oracle, Unix, Windows, Docker, PaaS) including sizing
-Plan and setup of technical development, test and production environment
-Integration of existing back ends (interfaces)
-Plan development, budget, time and resources
-Setup of development teams
-Manage development (teams)
-Deliver as planned

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Senior Design & Development Manager/Technical Platform with experience in similar projects
-Excellent technical experience (Java, Oracle, Unix, Windows) to design solution, plan and manage development
-Strong team player with ability to lead his development teams
-Feeling of responsibility for own development
-Good communication skills
-Fluent in German and English
-Experience with Agile Methodologies (SCRUM)
-Remote management experience
-Good oversight in End-to-End processes for Banking and Credit Management is a plus
