Lead Technical Relationship Mgr/Citrix Guru

Projektbeschreibung

This role will appeal to Level 3 Technical Specialists/Consultants/Citrix Administrators with excellent communications skills.

Working in a friendly, professional and well established team, you will be responsible for the following:

- Managing the end-to-end problem resolution of complex technical issues for a number of enterprise level customers
- Ensure responsive and timely resolution to all customer incidents
- Reproduce, verify and document customer issues in house when necessary using lab-based equipment
- Oversee progress of the escalation and engineering teams

In order to fulfil this role, you will also have also have proven Microsoft support skills including Windows Server 2003/2008.

The engagement will also include:

- Visiting customer sites to provide product updates and platform health checks
- Creating and maintaining a customer account plan and profile ensuring that support is relevant and adds value
- Provide suggestions on improving customer satisfaction and relationships
- Identify new bsuiness opportunities and engage appropriate internal teams
