On behalf of our high profile Stockholm-based Finance client, I am looking for a Lead Technical Account Manager for a 6 month + contract.
Summary
As a Lead Technical Account Manager you will manage the customer support of one of our largest exchange customers. The role is a fine blend of customer and project management combined with hands-on technical and application related work. Due to the nature of the role, the ability to learn quickly and to work within a highly skilled team is essential. You must have a strong drive and be able to work both independently and in teams. A strong problem solving skills are also critical. Needless to say, the role will include a high level of customer interaction which is why strong communication skills are key for this role. Strong leadership skills are also essential.
General Responsibilities
*Overall responsibility for the support according to the Support Agreement (SA)
*Achieve high customer satisfaction and build customer relationships
*Deliver customer support at customer expectations
*Coordinate and manage customer issues as well as software releases
*Understand and know customers market segments and territory
*Primary contact for the customer regarding technical issues
Qualifications
*Experience from managing teams of projects
*5-10 years of experience of Technical Account Management or related field
*Excellent client facing communication skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group: executives, managers and subject matter experts.
*Excellent knowledge of modern software design and development techniques and methodologies
*Energetic, highly motivated with a desire to take responsibility
*Ability to work independently within a team and manage multiple tasks across multiple projects.
*Proven ability to operate under high pressure and tight deadlines
*Good knowledge in capital markets and trading systems with prior experience in a technology product company is desirable
*Well-versed in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
