Lead System Engineer - Windows Server/Citrix (5399)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a

LEAD SYSTEM ENGINEER - WINDOWS SERVER/CITRIX (5399)

In this role, you will be working on projects in areas such as Big Data, Analytics, and Automation. You are responsible for the evaluation, design, planning and implementation of key deliveries for the Investigations and eDiscovery project portfolio.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 7+ YEARS HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN DESIGN, ENGINEERING AND DEVELOPMENT (MICROSOFT BASED SW INFRASTRUCTURE AND DEV TOOLS, ORACLE)
- STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN LEADING TECHNICAL RESOURCES/TEAMS IN A GLOBAL SETUP
- STRESS-RESISTANT, THRIVING IN A FAST-PACED AND VERY DYNAMIC BUT HIGHLY REGULATED BANKING ENVIRONMENT
- Broad experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise systems with a multitude of interfaces
- A background in Windows technology, experience in integrating Microsoft and third-party applications, ideally using CITRIX
- Experience in Data Analytics/Data Science and eDiscovery
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH WITH GERMAN BEING AN ADVANTAGE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Evaluate, design, plan and implement key deliveries of the Investigations and eDiscovery project portfolio
- Work closely with enterprise architect, business analyst, security experts and other key knowledge holders
- Orchestrate complex deliveries with teams across the firm to ensure optimal delivery
- Ensure a secure, policy-compliant, performant and stable delivery as per agreed business requirements following enterprise processes and best practices
