Lead Sysadmin (Devops Consultant)

Our client in Helsinki is currently looking for a Lead DevOps Consultant on a 1 year contract starting ASAP.

Role:

As the Lead DevOps Consultant you should have a strong background in Systems Administration and development in order to take responsibility for the DevOps services and maintenance within the company.

You will be developing systems and processes with the latest technologies while ensuring access to services and cooperation with other specialist departments.

Key skills:

- Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies
- SysAdmin background with understanding of development
- Strong experience in Linux systems
- Scripting with at least one of the following: PHP, Java, Python, Perl, Bash or Shell
- Manage e-Mail Servers (SMTP)
- LEMP environment management
- DNS Zonet maintenance
- Automation with Vagrant or Ansible
- Knowledge of open source Servers such as Apache or Nginx (others considered)
- Application monitoring (various applications considered)
- SSL implementation (OpenSSL, HTTPS)
- English and Finnish languages

Bonus skills:

- AWS
- Docker
- E-commerce experience
