Lead Sys. Analyst - Financial Crime Risk

Global investment bank seeking a Lead Systems Analyst with sound knowledge or Financial Crime Risk or Compliance or Regulatory projects to work on a greenfield project. The objective is to identify Financial Crime Intelligence risks that the client is currently unable to detect using its current range of client intelligence and transaction monitoring systems. The successful applicant will be responsible for: -Capturing & documenting the detailed business requirements-Documenting the Pilot functional & technical design-Assessing vendor capabilities (SAS etc)-Ensuring that detailed business requirements are documented-Ensuring compliance with all relevant internal policies / standards-Identifying appropriate data sources in other data centres globally-Understanding & resolving objectives of other strategic initiatives e.g. Client Due Diligence (CDD), Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) The Key skills required are:

* IT project lifecycle - analysis, design, build, test and implementation
* System & Business Analysis
* Financial Crime Risk / Compliance / Regulatory projects
* Ability to work effectively with senior IT and Business stakeholders
* Vendor management
* Technical skills (can be a bit rusty): Java, Unix / Linux, Websphere, RDBMS
* Big Data software: HADOOP, TERADATA
* Analytical software: SAS, DETICA (NetReveal), PALANTIR
