Lead Supported Housing Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Lead Supported Housing Manager to join Sovereign. Leading a team of Managers dispersed throughout our regions, you will take responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of sheltered and supported housing schemes. You will work with cross regional peers, service heads, managers and other colleagues to proactively deliver a consistent "Sovereign" customer experience irrespective of location.

You will ensure that customer satisfaction, financial and performance targets for each region are met, working co-operatively with the Head of Supported Housing and Managers to ensure a quality customer experience.

The successful applicant will have extensive management experience, with the ability to remotely manage a large team. Applicants must have previous experience managing Supported People Contracts. You will be able to provide clear leadership & support, driving the service forward with passion and determination.

The ability to build relationships at all levels will be essential as the role will involve working directly with customers, senior stakeholders and external partners.
