LEAD STAFFING SPECIALIST/RECRUITER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa Clara, California.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Active supporter of the development and implementation of cost-effective recruiting processes and strategies, including Senior Executive, Management and Entry Level Hires.
- Generate internal and external postings and validate job descriptions with Senior Staffing Specialist.
- Administer internal and external candidate responses through the Internet/Intranet, and applicant tracking system
- Perform initial resume reviews and candidate screenings and assist hiring managers with interview processes/coordination of interview schedules and participate in interviews with Management as needed.
- Create and manage candidate communication throughout the staffing process to include: interview requests/confirmations; employment offers; conditions of employment, etc in accordance with company policy and hiring manager requirements.
- Daily maintenance of ATS recruiting activity in support of Senior Staffing Specialist recruiting activity including EEO data to support government reporting.
- Primary contact for all background check and drug screening activity during the staffing process.
- Assist in training hiring managers on hiring process and tools.
- Track and report staffing and recruiting data/metrics including but not limited to EEO statistics, time to fill and cost per hire.
- Help coordinate local recruitment campaigns including PR events, meet up groups forums and university relations.
- Review and prepare all hiring data for HRIS input in relevance to the staffing process and develop hard copy files for AAP reporting.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- Five (5) years experience in technical recruiting.
- Two (2) years experience recruiting Software Engineers and Architects for the computer hardware/software industry.
- University recruiting experience.
- Three (3) years plus experience technical recruiting in a corporate environment.
- Exposure to Affirmative Action planning.
- HRIS exposure.
- Knowledgeable in one or more Applicant Tracking Systems.
