-Customer Experienced Management on Demand knowledge.
-Will cover the high-level or functional architecture (big data concept, HLD)
-Will cover the IT integration with customer ecosystem (Traffic data, CRM data, Location data, Device data, Trouble Ticketing, Fault Management, other external systems ...)
-Knowledge of IT architectures: Linux, Hadoop storage, ETL
-Good understanding of Mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G)
