We are urgently looking for a Siebel Technical Consultant (Lead) in Amsterdam(NL) with the below mentioned skills:

Domain: Telecom

Expected Start Date: May13

Siebel Technical Consultant (Lead):

- Leading technical team by providing technical guidance in design and coding complex Siebel solution
- Test solutions in relevant test environments prior to the testing by functional analysts.
- Explain solution to functional team and DBAs as required.
- Liaise with Super-user, Support team, other functional and technical support teams and external vendors throughout the process from problem definition to resolution and implementation in Production.
- Manage interactions, record progress and provide documents as per quality standards .
- Contribute to the implementation of procedures, policies and tools that will improve the development SDLC

Essential Skills:

- Thorough technical understanding of approach for end to End Siebel Implementation
- Highly developed analysis and problem solving skills
- Positive customer facing attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills (English)
- Good understanding of CRM business processes, application and systems understanding
- Good EIM and batch integration/EAI knowledge
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in handling a high volume of work with conflicting demands
- Flexibility and dedication in acquiring new responsibilities and skills

Additional Preferred Skills

- Siebel Certified Consultant 7.x or above (optional)
- Experience in building Siebel solution in Telecom domain
