Lead/Senior Technical Business Analyst (S39)

My client, one of Australia's major financial institutions, is looking for a technical Business Analyst for one of their high profile projects. The engagement will initially be for 6 months, however there is high potential for extension due to the large work load available.

We are looking for someone from a technical background, with experience leading a team of 6/7 other technical BA's. You should have demonstrated experience in a Technical Business Analysis role, ideally within the Finance or Banking domain.

Key Requirements:

- Background as a technical BA.
- You will have a strong ability to bridge the 'language' gap between the technical team and business owners - therefore communication skills are very important.
- Strong documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Data analysis (Data transformation/data cleansing/data reconciliation/data quality) skills.
- You will have the ability to lead a team of other technical BA's, leading by example.
- Knowledge and experience with ETL processes.
- Knowledge and experience with single customer view.
