Technical skills
• You are familiar with HR Service Delivery models based on extensive project experience
• You have a strong project management profile
• You have managed projects where following software was used and myself have hands-on expertise: SAP HR, OpenText xECM, OpenText EFM, OpenText Content Server, Open Text Archive Server, Open Text Enterprise Scan
• You have a good knowledge of Open Text xECM / Content Server / Archive Server architecture due to the design of specific interfaces
• You have a good knowledge of best practices in the field of implementation of SAP HR, OpenText xECM and EFM components
• You have experience with the design of Lean processes in administrative environments
• You can express yourself in the second national language (FR / NL) and also has a good knowledge of English
• at least 10 years of experience with SAP HR and OpenText products
