Technical skills
You are familiar with HR Service Delivery models based on extensive project experience
You have a strong project management profile
You have managed projects where following software was used and myself have hands-on expertise: SAP HR, OpenText xECM, OpenText EFM, OpenText Content Server, Open Text Archive Server, Open Text Enterprise Scan
You have a good knowledge of Open Text xECM/Content Server/Archive Server architecture due to the design of specific interfaces
You have a good knowledge of best practices in the field of implementation of SAP HR, OpenText xECM and EFM components
You have experience with the design of Lean processes in administrative environments
You can express yourself in the second national language (FR/NL) and also has a good knowledge of English
At least 10 years of experience with SAP HR and OpenText products
