Lead QA Engineer

Boston based globally known hedge fund has a growing list of projects and is looking for a Lead QA to drive and motivate a team of 3+ engineers. Company has more than 25,000 customers in 30 countries with 2 trillion is assets under management

Daily tasks for this position would include; leading a team of manual testers, applying and developing automated test manuals, running daily registration suites, participating in defect triage and effectively communicating testing metrics. Must also understand and convert complex business requirements and functional specifications to test cases.

In order to be considered for this position you must have experience in SDLC, Web Architecture, J2ee Development and WebLogic Application Server. Should also have experience in an agile product team setting and excellent communication skills.

Experience working in the financial sector is a plus
