Lead QA Analyst

Our client located in Alpharetta is seeking a QA Analyst to join an exciting team. If you are a highly motivated, energetic, and personable with a can do attitude this may be a great opportunity for you.

QA Analyst Qualifications:

- 4+ years SDLC QA and testing experience
- 3+ years working in a QA role
- 3+ years .NET/Java/Windows and Web-based application testing
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Selenium 1.0 or Selenium Web Driver (SeleniumRC or Selenium 2.0 a plus)
- 2+ years hands-on experience with relational databases and reading/writing SQL queries including complex joins
- 2+ years hands-on experience testing web services with tools such as SoapUI
- Experience with testing tools such as HP Quality Center or QA Complete or other similar product
- Familiarity with IT Standards, Methodologies, CMMi & audit requirements
-In-depth knowledge of testing concepts, phases and types of testing
- Extensive experience developing and executing test scripts, test matrices and test cases at the required level of detail for each project/feature request
- Strong experience managing, tracking, reporting and resolving defects identified during the testing process
- Hands-on experience reviewing test documentation, test results and verifying defects are resolved as required
-Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and effectively bring discussions and issues to closure
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Software Quality Assurance certification a plus or expected to be obtained
