Lead Project SAP Product Flow

One of our clients, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a Project Leader Product Flow in SAP

Location: South of Brussels

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

* Lead project implementation "Product Flow in SAP"
* Lead project in Matrix organisation including Supply Chain, multiplesproduction sites, QC, etc
* Challenge requested business requirements
* Challenge proposed IT solutions in line with business requirements
* Implement solution with relevant key users
* Use project management skills to ensure deadline adherence andproject plan follow up
* Backup of Product Flow Specialist (operational function)
* Lead Product Flow Taskforces related to a specific vaccines ranges
* Manage short term supply issues related to a specific vaccines ranges
* Manage stock transfers related to a specific vaccines ranges
* Manage Product Flow input into monthly Demand & Supply reviews
* Manage transversal release flow based on SAP APO/SNP et SAP/R3 functionality

PREREQUISITES

* Min 5 to 10 years supply chain experience
* Experienced Project Lead
* Proven Planning & Organizational skills
* Ability to lead and drive change
* Strong influencing skills
* Ability to work in and to drive a Matrix organization
* Effective communication skills, including presentation skills
* Ability to simplify complex processes
* Strong analytical skills
* Sense of urgency, flexibility and accountability
* Enterprise thinking (end-to-end supply orientation, cross functional team spirit, sharing of good practices within the network)
* Good written and spoken English
* Team Spirit
* ERP knowledge
* Experience with SAP (R/3 and APO) is an asset
* Good Excel knowledge is an asset
