LEAD PROJECT MANAGER - SOLVENCY II - REGULATORY/LEGAL PROJECTS

An exciting opportunity has a risen for a Lead Project Manager to be based in Bristol working on a Solvency 2 Programme.

Skills and experience required:

- FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.
- Experience in leading and delivering regulatory and legal projects within a Financial Services environment.
- Experience in dealing with a teams based in multiple locations.
- A proven track record of creating and publishing agreed definitions for a project ensuring the buy-in of project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Experience of using commercial awareness to design more complex project definitions.
- Strong understanding of the requirements for project standards and documentation including timelines, status/risk/issue reporting and communication, exception reporting and project sign off.
- Experience of building strong working relationships with, and managing third party suppliers, contract staff, etc., working within a project.
- 4-6+ years experience in Project Management with delivery track record.

Desirable:

- Understanding of Solvency II Regulatory Regime including Production, Governance and Disclosure.
