To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:
*Proven Project Management abilities
*Strong organisational and planning skills
*Demonstrable experience working on a change programme within a retail bank
*Solid analysis and problem solving experience
*Excellent communication skills in both a written and oral capacity as well as a proven ability to effectively engage with Key Stakeholders
Experience of Retail Banking, particularly rectification projects would be beneficial but is not essential to the role. Knowledge of Banking Products is highly desirable.
