Lead Project Engineer

My client, based in the Subsea sector, is looking for a Lead Project Engineer to join ongoing ROV/DSV projects.

BASIC PURPOSE OF JOB:

You will lead a small team primarily focused on ROV and DSV work, responsible for the efficient implementation of projects, interfacing closely with all engineering personal and ensuring the project is aligned with the clients priorities and expectations.

You will be responsible for senior and junior personal, therefore a part of your role will be to pass knowledge and skills onto the junior engineers.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

- Experience with ROV, diving interventions and construction workscopes
- Working knowledge of ROV, DSV, IRM systems.
- working history in the subsea sector
- Experience in any of the following; MSV, HLV, RLV, DSV, FPSO, PLBG, Subsea construction and installation is very preferable.
- Understanding of the practical aspects of design with regard to manufacture and operation

INTERPERSONAL:

- Ability to work independently or as part of a multi discipline engineering team
- Good communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and self motivated team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
