Working with Program Stream leads, the individual will identify, prioritise and document processes to aid in the development of Business Process Impact Assessment artefacts across the program (BPIAs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Process Analysts in the documentation of As-is and To-be process maps
- Plan and conduct workshops to identify process changes
- Document processes aligning to standard process documentation methodology
- Maintain status of process documentation, tracking to program schedule and milestones, provide reporting on status.
- Engage directly with Program stream leads to elicit process needs and change requirements.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong Business analysis skills and understanding of business requirements, processes, and standards.
- Business process documentation experience in a range of industry best practice tools and standards.
- Re-design of business processes to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Solid understanding of project management and business analysis methodology, life cycles, disciplines and procedures. Ability to quickly adapt to in-house Project Management methodology.
- Deals with complex situations holistically. Ability to translate complex project problems to business stakeholders
DESIRABLE
- Experience within the Digital industry
- Knowledge of project life cycle and business analysis methodology
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to revise processes, procedures and work practices
- Previous banking experience
