Lead Presentation Specialist/Graphic Designer

Description:
This position is an individual contributor role that will provide graphic design and presentation development support to Infrastructure Program (IP) and the Infrastructure Management Group (IMG).
This is a fast-paced, high-performing department
This individual has proven graphic design ability, creativity, pays attention to detail, expert knowledge of MS PowerPoint, and solid production skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE USING YOUR GRAPHIC DESIGN EXPERTISE TO SHAPE AND DEVELOP PRESENTATIONS TO SENIOR EXECUTIVES.

This individual must have the ability to collect and aggregate information from their internal clients and translate it into clear, concise, persuasive visual context.

Essential Functions:
Use your ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-read presentations using charts, graphics, or visual aids
Support your team by using PowerPoint, along with Adobe CS software (ie Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) and your creativity to translate their story into compelling, easy-to-digest visuals
Transform text-based data into visually stimulating, cohesive design that tells a story and doesn't miss a single opportunity to visualize data
Produce clean, concise PowerPoint presentations showing financials, performance status, risks, and other key measures for review by executive committees, key stakeholders, Board of Directors and governance committees
Support IMG/IP's Strategic Planning Process, including refreshing goals, strategies and roadmaps using your strategic design skills -- as well as providing senior management with visibility on progress being made on strategic imperatives and programs
Create and modify presentations and supporting materials to communicate and account for strategic imperatives, risks and opportunities, and other information-based strategies
Administers and maintains the presentations and slide libraries
Ensures a consistent look and feel for all presentations and formatted materials

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in graphic design or related field
3 - 5 years experience as a graphic designer
Expertise in design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver and MS PowerPoint
A clean and diverse portfolio or your work online
Demonstrate code of ethics and professional responsibility
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships with large, complex organizations
Ability to consistently demonstrate integrity, high-energy, initiative, and self-confidence
Familiarity with governmental programs and regulations in the health care field, which will affect the operations of the business
