Lead PMO - Solvency II Bilingual French and English

My client, a global insurance company, are currently looking for a PMO lead to join their Solvency II Programme in Paris.

The successful candidate must be fluent in both French and English and have a strong Financial Services Background.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and update the overall planning of the Solvency II Programme, including all work streams
- Budget monitoring
- Coordination between different projects within the Programme
- Risk and Issue Management
- Organize the incident management and procedure for escalation
- Give ongoing reporting on work in progress to Head of Prudential Affairs
- Give regular reporting to Solvency II governance instances (Operational Steering Committee, Strategic Steering Commitee) on budget, progress, management of risks and issues
- Planning, Budget and Issues Monitoring

Key Requirements:

- A good knowledge of Solvency II requirements (candidates with good regulatory project experience also considered)
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Ideally have already worked on major programmer and managed budgets of €1 million +
- Ability to plan multiple work streams, dependencies and critical path analysis
- Ability to follow overall budget, interacting with different stakeholders - follow up and forecast
- Good knowledge of document/tracking
- Checking consistency between the different projects and programmes
- Experience in multi-cultural environments and international companies
- Fluency in both French and English
