LEAD OPERATIONS CENTER GLOBAL ITSS CHANGE AND RELEASE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

My major international client based in Belgium are currently looking for a Lead Change and Release Management support person to join their team on a 6 month contract starting in January. You will bepart of a Global team responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Change and Release Management process. You will take direction from the Global Change Management Process Owner and the IT Change
Process Manager to ensure consistent execution of the process across all areas of the organization.

You will support the following base business Change Management activities:

Managing the day-to-day activities of the process; gathering and reporting on process metrics.
Reviewing and approving Requests for Change (RFC); convening and chairing Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Ensuring the Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC) is kept current and published.
Conducting Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) for changes where required.
Coordination and final confirmation point for Emergency Changes; chairing eCAB (emergency Change Advisory Board) meetings.
Analyzing change records to determine any trends or apparent problems that occurred and seek correction with the relevant parties.
Tracking compliance and escalating any issues to the process.
Acting as chairperson for process meetings.

You will assist the ITSS Change Process Manager in hosting the ITSS CAB and eCAB meetings, preparing the meetings, ensuring decisions are captured and documented.

You will assist the ITSS Change Process Manager with ITSS Process Dashboards and in working with the different ITSS teams to:
Identify process improvements as how the process can be modified to better support the ITSS departments in achieving compliance.
Develop and implement action plans with the teams to improve the performance and measure impact of actions

You will act as a Single Point of Contact for the Change Management process within EMEA both for IT and the Business. Your people manager is located in Beerse.

You will work with the Release Process Manager to develop, implement and support the day-to-day execution of the release management process by ITSS departments. You will also support the Release Process Manager in ensuring adoption of the release & deployment management process throughout the IT organization and identifying areas for improvement.

You will be sitting in one of the 3 Global Command Centers with state of the art technology and where key incident staff and key operational process representatives are located, ensuring reliable IT services in a stable environment for the company.
