Lead Mechanical Engineer - Water

NEW CONTRACT - 9-12 MONTHS - BRISTOL - MECHANICAL ENGINEER - WATER

I have a new contract available in Bristol for a Senior Mechanical Engineer in the water industry.

Job Purpose:

To provide the Mechanical Engineering lead for the company on design and safety matters

To assist Project Managers deliver a variety of multidisciplinary capital projects to time cost and quality objectives, and to provide technical assurance to design and construction detail on behalf of the Director of M&E Engineering.

Skills Sought:

Chartered Mechanical Engineer (CEng MIMechE) or have satisfied the Engineering Councils Educational requirements and be progressing towards Chartered status of the IMechE within two years.

Demonstrable experience in successful project delivery in the Water Industry or similar 24 hour process related business

Project Management

Practised in the use of planning tools (Microsoft Project or Primavera) and corporate finance systems in particular SAP
