Our global defence client is looking for a Lead Maritime Investment Systems Engineer to work in their Hampshire sites.

ROLE ACTIVITIES:

- Leading the allocated engineering activities in accordance with the agreed schedule and authorised base cost.
- Building strong working relationships with customers and key stakeholders to achieve consensus.
- Support the development of clear and compelling customer proposals.
- Eliciting, developing and managing requirements at user and system level.
- Development of architectures and designs to meet requirements and flowing them down into implementation.
- Development of equipment specifications and objective review and selection of equipment options.
- Integration of new systems with Legacy equipment.
- Lead sub-system, system and user acceptance testing and support transition into service.
- Adherence to corporate Engineering processes and principles, including the Engineering Lifecycle

EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience of systems engineering discipline in an electronic system/software development and delivery environment.
