Lead LTE Optimization and Network Performance Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a Lead LTE Optimization and Network Performance Engineer with operational experience in LTE performance management and optimization, to participate in an exciting and major network modernization program for our client in the Netherlands.

As senior LTE optimization and network performance engineer you have extensive experience and strong knowledge of LTE radio access expected such as parameters, KPI's reporting, configuration, dimensioning and related tools.

During the LTE rollout, you will analyze, troubleshoot on problems and optimize and managing LTE clusters end-to-end quality of service and KPI's, identifying potential issues (congestion, network parameters tuning, customer complaint etc.) and implementing network changes.
Your Responsibilities will be as follows:
*Technical lead of a small team of optimization engineers, as well as able to perform LTE cluster analysis tasks on your own
*Interface with customer on LTE cluster acceptance, progress reporting and follow-up network problems and customer complaints.
*Monitor network's performance, ensuring all KPI's are met.
*Take ownership of performance faults, ensuring they are managed through to resolution or escalating where required. Organise troubleshooting Ensure all performance faults and degradations are captured in the trouble ticketing systems, providing regular and accurate updates.
*Follow and improve existing processes and develop new ones
*Share information and knowledge with other team members to improve technical and operational effectiveness.
*Analyse drive testing information
Operational Experience:
*Strong knowledge of Ericsson EUTRAN Radio Access Networks features, parameters and software (LTE12B)
*Experienced as LTE tuning & verification engineer
*Vast experience with Ericsson statistics, KPIs definitions and ENIQ12/Business Objects
*Familiar with Ericsson RBS
*Experienced with OSS4G diverse applications and network configuration management (AMOS, MO Batch Scripting)
*Knowledge on RF Design and Antenna systems.
*Experienced with fault finding process and management platforms
*Strong knowledge of performances issues and how they affect the customer.
*Experienced with O&P tools such as ASSET and TEMS Discovery.
*Experience in 2G optimisation is not required, but is an advantage

Other key requirements:
Location & duration: The job and its responsibilities require local presence at the clients premises in the Netherlands, five days per week. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Netherlands for the duration of the project.
