I am looking for a Lead Letter Writer/Copy Writer to work for a World leading banking organisation located in Northampton for an initial 6 months contract.
You will be an experienced Letter Writer/Copy Writer with previous experience in a PPI, Complaints or Regulatory environment as well as strong Customer focused written skills.
Essential Skills:
* Communication skills written and verbal
* Understanding of VoC and conduct Risk
* Good understanding of regulatory and policy initiatives
* Call centre and operational complaints processes
* Customer data understanding of data protection and data privacy
* Strong stakeholder management
* Direct customer contact campaigns
* Mixed onshore/offshore environments
* PPI Operations, Complaints or regulatory experience
