Lead Learning Coordinator

LEAD LEARNING COORDINATOR - ASSESSMENT TOOLS - COMPETENCY FRAMEWORKS - LEADERSHIP - INFLUENCE & COACHING SKILLS

Our well known Oil and Gas provider requires a Lead Learning Coordinator to implement assessment tools and process for Safety & Operational Critical Roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assess employees upon entry into safety operational risk critical roles and at defined intervals thereafter, against the required competencies for their role
- Record assessments, identify any gaps and take identified training and development actions to close them
- Currently the environment do not have consistent competencies globally for our safety operational risk critical roles and do not have an assessment methodology that is used across the globe
- You will need to implement a Global competency framework developed for safety operational risk critical roles as well as an assessment tool adopted (modified) from existing tools in other parts of the business

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Experience as a Lead Learning Coordinator, ideally from an Oil and Gas provider who has developed competency framework and assessment tools
- Adept at bringing dispersed team of technical experts together to inform framework
- Influencing and coaching skills required to embed competency assessment and development into the plant network
- Competency framework and assessment tool for these roles
- Technical and leadership competencies
