LEAD LEARNING CONSULTANT - LMS - TNA - LEARNING - OIL AND GAS

My client, a leading multinational oil and gas company, requires a Lead Learning Consultant to join their team on an initial 6 month contract basis in Sunbury to be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving a leading operating model that is both effective and useful to all learning stakeholder groups across the organisation.

EXPERIENCE:

- Knowledge of Learning Management Services: experience of learning management systems, other learning technologies and associated services including deep knowledge of related practices and processes, tools and reports
- Ability to analyse client requirements, identify solution options and successfully deliver consulting assignments or projects
- Learning operations: understanding of the day-to-day operational requirements of a learning training facility and the processes and inter-relationships for delivering each major service
- TNA, design and build of blended learning curriculum including E-learning (SCORM), face-to-face, virtual classroom and informal learning
- Competency management, frameworks and assessment experience
