This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced environment as a Lead Web Application Developer. You will be responsible for leading a small team of offshore developers during the development phase of a project. The Technical lead will assign work to team members, monitor progress toward goal, conduct peer code reviews, and lead the creation of technical design documentation based on system and functional requirements. Will act as a subject matter expert, and provide consistency in approach and technology among developers.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong development skill set: J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate, Transact SQL, Web Services (SOAP, RESTful)
- 3+ years leading development teams.
- Experience architecting technical designs based on functional and business requirements.
- Project Management skills
