My client a leading IT solutions provider are seeking to recruit a lead Java developer to be based in Dublin for a 6 month contract.
You will bring the below skill set:
Primary skills:
Java/JEE
Supporting technologies/frameworks such as XML, web services, Javascripting, JQuery, Maven
Strong understanding of Portal technologies, should have worked as lead developer/designer on a portal server (any portal server)
Strong skills in web application architecture and platforms (Apache, Tomcat, JBOSS)
Web Development technologies and frameworks in J2EE (Spring, MVC patterns etc)
DB and SQL skills
Unix/Solaris/Linux (or flavours of Unix)
Shell and PERL Scripting
Secondary:
PhP
SOA
Soft skills:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication
Good Negotiation skills
Ability to lead a team
