Job Description
The professional software developer with a strong experience in Temenos T24 core banking system, deep background in Info. Basic and Java programming and solid managerial skills should be able to lead a team of software developers, to deliver software solutions of excellent quality and on time, to elaborate software development methodology, to work closely with business analysis and quality assurance teams.
Responsibilities
Take the lead of the development team
Control that the team has clear goals and objectives
Take responsible for software development from design to delivery
Establish collaboration with the business analysts and QA team.
Establish code review and unit testing procedures
Perform coding, core review and unit testing
Contributing to the maintenance of the product
Collaborate with team members to find best solutions for complex technical issues
Skills and Qualifications
Professional experience in Temenos T24 development for financial and banking institutions with a minimum of three years.
At least 5 years in software design and development.
Strong experience in InfoBasic, Java and JBase, experience in SQL databases is a plus.
Deep understanding of modern programming concepts.
Experience contributing to new standards and quality control processes.
Ability to work independently on tasks and delegate tasks as appropriate.
Strong leadership and ability to train and coach others.
Good oral and written communication skills.
