Experienced Lead Java Developer with broad understanding of all the components of a large JEE based, consumer facing web applications. This role involves managing a team with some coding involved.
Essential:
* Ideal candidate will have 5 plus years Java/J2EE development experience
* Hibernate, JUnit, Spring Frameworks, web services, Oracle
* Some exposure to Front End technologies like JQuery, Ajax or HTML5
* Requires a very strong level of interpersonal and communication skills
* J2EE architecture and design patterns¬ real world experience
* Some exposure to Front End technologies like JQuery, Backbone or other JS frameworks and HTML5 considered an advantage
* .NET development experience considered an advantage
